Mount the speedbox to either a bracket. light stand or tripod. Then
attach the speedlight to the mounting shoe. Adjust as needed.
Readjust the speedlight or bracket to ensure that the speedlight is
centered within the opening of the speedring.
How to fold up
Disconnect the flash from the speedbox then remove the bracket
from the speedbox
Place the speedbox on the clean floor with showing the speedring
then grab strongly the each end buttons.
