Limited Warranty: Watts Regula tor Company warrants each product to be free from defects in ma terial and workmanship
under normal usage for a period of one year from the da te of original shipment. In the event of such defects within the war-
ranty period,the Compan y will,a t its option, replace or recondition the product without charge.This shall constitute the sole
and exclusive remed y for breach of warranty,and the Compan y shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or conse-
quential damages, including without limita tion,lost profits or the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is dam-
aged if this product does not work properly ,other costs resulting from labor charges, delays,vandalism, negligence,fouling
caused by foreign material, damage from adverse wa ter conditions,chemical, or any other circumstances over which the
Company has no control. This warranty shall be invalidated by an y abuse,misuse, misapplica tion or improper installation of
the product.THIS W ARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER W ARRANTIES,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED ,INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PA RTICULAR PURPOSE. Any implied warranties tha t are imposed
by law are limited in dura tion to one year.
Some States do not allo w limitations on ho w long an implied warranty lasts,and some Sta tes do not allow the exc lusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential dama ges.Therefore the above limita tions may not apply to you. This Limited W arranty
gives you specific legal rights,and you may ha ve other rights that var y from State to Sta te.Y ou should consult applicable
state la ws to determine your rights.
