Alerts
Flat Track is configurable through your Business Portal Account to display alert messages
on the portal and to send messages through e-mail and SMS messaging.
Alerts
An alert is a message that communicates a critical event, such as a device removal.
Alerts Explanation
Motion alert Flat Track will send a motion alert when the device de-
tects a motion event, defined as a sudden motion. This
alert will only be sent if you have enabled the motion
detector in your Business Portal Account.
Removal detection alert Flat Track will send a removal detection alert when the
removal detector is no longer in proximity of a mount-
ing surface.
Low internal
battery alert When the Flat Track battery level falls below 20% ca-
pacity, the Blackline Network will send a low internal
battery notification.
