Weight Increase: 10 lbs [5 kg]
Note: Make sure to add the weight of all options to the Lifter Weight when you are
selecting appropriate hoisting equipment (see ASSEMBLY in main instructions).
Function: With this option, the release control detaches from the lifter, so that the operator can
release the load at a distance equal to the length of the extension cord.

EATURES
A vacuum lifter that is equipped with Option EO9RP has at least one power switch and a
removable control pendant with a vacuum release button, instead of the valve handle that would
otherwise come with the lifter (see OPERATING FEATURES in main lifter instructions). 1

SSEMBLY
Assemble the lifter as directed in the ASSEMBLY section of the main lifter instructions. In most
cases, no other assembly is required for lifters equipped with this option. 2

In the case of a P2 Channel Lifter, there are 2 power switches (1 for each pad channel). WARNING: In order for a P2 lifter
to function correctly, both power switches must be operated according to the power switch directions in these
instructions.

However, in the case of a P2 Channel Lifter, the removable control pendant must be connected to the two pad channels, as
follows: First, connect the Y wiring harness between the pad channels. Insert the male connectors at the ends of the Y harness'
long segment into the female connectors on the pad channels, and tighten the connectors' threaded collars securely.
Make sure
the Y harness is routed so that it does not become tangled or damaged while operating the lifter or hoisting
equipment. Next, connect the control pendant to the Y harness. Insert the male connector from the control pendant into the
female connector on the free end of the Y harness, and tighten the connector's threaded collar securely.
