EASY START-UP GUIDE
1. Plug into outlet
2. Temperature defaults to “5” (medium heat)
3. Use arrows ( " ↑ “ or “↓” ), to adjust to preferred
temperature (“1” is the coolest; “9” is the warmest)
4. Press MODE button
5. Time defaults to 60 minutes (max. time)
6. Use arrows ( " ↑ “ or “↓” ), to adjust to preferred time
setting
7. Press ON/OFF button to turn on
8. Green light indicates start of your session
9. Green light will NOT remain on, but time will
countdown until the end of the session
10. Belt will turn off and Controller will display
temperature light and setting
PLEASE NOTE:
To change time or temperature while in use,
Press ON/OFF button to reset and press
ON/OFF to re-start cycle

UNPLUG THE PAD AND PROPERLY STORE
WHEN IT IS NOT IN USE.
