3. Press the ‘START-STOP’ button to start the countdown.The timer symbol will now
be displayed.
4. The timer display will show both minutes and seconds when counting down.
5. When the countdown reaches 00:00 the alarm will sound for 1 minute.
6. The ‘START-STOP’ button can be pressed to silence the alarm.
7. During countdown the ‘START-STOP’ button can be pressed to pause and restart the
countdown
as required.
8. To reset the timer press and hold the ‘START-STOP’ button to return to 00:00.
9. The display will automatically revert to clock mode if the timer is not used for 1 minute i.e 00:00
shows for 1 minute.

GUARANTEE
To maximise battery life:
Press and hold the ‘ON-ZERO’ button for
2 seconds to switch the scale and timer off at
any time.
MANUAL SWITCH OFF AUTO SWITCH OFF
Automatic switch off occurs if the display shows
0 for 1 minute or shows the same weight
reading for 3 mins.
Note: If only the timer is in use, then after a
period the display backlight will switch to low
light-level mode in order to save power (and
the scale display will shut down).To re-
illuminate press any button.
CLEANING AND CARE
Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. DO
NOT immerse the scale in water or use
chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.
TO SET THE CLOCK
1. Locate the ‘CLOCK SET’ button on the
underside of the product. Press once.
2. The hour digits will flash.
3. Press the ‘START-STOP’ button to move up
through the hours.
4. Confirm by pressing the ‘SET’ button.
5. Now the minute digits will flash.
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to set the minutes.
N.B The clock is 24hrs
