When you contact us, please have your product’s manufacturing date ready. This
number can be on the Product Information Label located on the white Pannier Board
that forms the bottom of the Stroller Pannier. The board can be accessed by separating
the hook and loop fasteners at the bottom of the Stroller Pannier (see Photo K in this
instruction manual).
