Plug the free end of the extension cord into an AC power
receptacle. Whenever possible use a GFCI receptacle
(Figure 14) to reduce the risk of electrical shock.

electric circuit. If possible use a ground fault
circuit interrupter to protect the operator from

electric shock

DRY CUTTING (ELECTRIC SAWS ONLY)

Un-plug the water pump power cord from the outlet
receptacle on the electric motor conduit box.
NEVER
dry cut with the pump connected
to a AC power source. Running the pump
dry will damage the pump. Always
disconnect the pump's power cord when
dry cutting.
