View System State - System View
The system state is shown as a System Status indicator in the System View.
Whenever a system state is changed through the MTS Echo widget, it is
immediately updated on the System View.
View System State - Lab View
The system state appears in the Lab View as an indicator in the Test
Equipment control or as a cell in the Overview Table. Whenever a system
state is changed through the MTS Echo widget, it is immediately updated on
the Lab View.
