Inspect platform fold gear rack and gear weldment
teeth for foreign objects, wear or damage (bent,
deformed or misaligned), positive securement and
proper operation
Inspect lift for wear, damage or any abnormal
condition
Inspect lift for rattles
Outer barrier pivot arm pivot points (2)
Upper and lower fold arm telescoping area
Platform pivot pin bearings (2)
Platform fold axles (2)
Inner roll stop lever bearings (2)
Inner roll stop lever slot (2)
Remove foreign objects, replace damaged parts
and resecure as needed
Correct as needed.
