Troubleshooting
Can not turn on
the device
LEDs flash on
and off
• Battery is not installed or is
low on power
• Battery is not installed
correctly
• Did not press the ON/OFF
button for 2 seconds
• Low battery
Problems Cause Solution
• Install/change the battery
as necessary
• Check battery is inserted
correctly
• Re-insert battery observing
the correct polarity
• Press the ON/OFF button
for 2 seconds again
• Replace with new battery
