turn off voice guidance:
1 . turn off the Jabra solemate .
2 . press and hold the Volume - button while turning on the Jabra
solemate . release the Volume - button when you hear ‘Voice
off’ to indicating that the voice guidance have been turned off .
turn on voice guidance:
1 . turn off the Jabra solemate .
2 . press and hold the Volume + button while turning on the
Jabra solemate . release the Volume + button when you hear
‘Voice on’ to indicating that the voice guidances have been
turned on .

and download the latest firmware in the support section . follow
the on-screen instructions .
