USING THE BUFFET SERVER
1. Plug the unit in an electrical power outlet. The indicator light will turn on.
2. Place the food in each of the three trays.
3. Adjust the temperature knob to the desired warmth for your food. The temperature
settings range from low to high. Please note, the buffet server will only warm your food
for serving.
4. If food is kept in the server for an extended period it may dry out and/or change flavor.
5. Unplug the unit from the power source when not in use.
6. Do not leave food in the trays when it is not in use. When you have finished using the
unit, remove all food and liquids for subsequent use.
7. Allow the unit to cool down before removing parts for cleaning.
