Safe-Lock micro test tubes: Test tubes with a guaranteed hinged lid clip for additional
protection against undesired opening during temperature control
processes.
Micro Test Tubes 3810X: Standard tubes fulfill high requirements for centrifugal stress and
temperature- and chemical stability.
They are easy to open and close.
Eppendorf Biopur ® : Individually blister-packed Safe-Lock micro test tubes,
sterile, free of pyrogen, RNase, DNA and ATP.
Eppendorf PCR clean: Safe-Lock micro test tubes, free of RNase, DNase, human DNA
and PCR inhibitors.
Material: Polypropylene, autoclavable (121 °C, 20 min) when opened.
Resistance to chemicals: See Application No. 56: The best material for Eppis!

Centrifugability: Tubes can be centrifuged in a 45°-fixed-angle rotor at 40 °C
(sample temperature) for 90 min with aqueous saline solution
(density 1.0 g/ml) up to the following RCF:
With the use of an air-cooled centrifuge the sample temperature
can exceed 40 °C. The centrifugation stability depends on the
temperature.
The mechanical resilience of the tubes is reduced by the use of
organic solvents.

Storage: Keep out of sun- and UV light; store in a dry place at room
temperature.
Shelf-life Biopur ® : Minimum expiry date: Refer to the label on the box.
Application temperature: – 80 °C bis + 100 °C, autoclavable at 121 °C

Operation
