Warning! The head gaskets on this vehicle are made of thin stainless steel.
They are EXTREMLY sharp! Wear gloves!
1. Disconnect the battery cables.
2. Unbolt exhaust pipes from exhaust manifolds.
3. Unbolt heat shields from manifolds. Remove.
4. Unbolt exhaust manifolds. Remove.
5. Clean gasket material from head. Be careful not to gouge head surface.
6. Install headers using gaskets, and hardware provided.
7. Connect exhaust using supplied hardware.
8. Reconnect battery cables.
9. Start engine, check for leaks.

(1) Passenger’s Side Header Assembly
(2) Head Flange Gaskets
(2) 3/8” x 2-1/4” Bolt
(2) 3/8” x 2”
(2) 3/8” Nut
(2) 3/8” Flat Washer
(2) 3/8” Serrated Flange Nut
Tools Required:
(1) 10mm Socket
(1) 12mm Socket
(1) 13mm Socket and Wrench
(2) 9/16” Socket and Wrench
