Use the audio input
cable that came with
your speakers.

If your powered speaker audio input
cable has three connectors on each
end, use only the two connectors that
look alike to connect to the Wave
Radio/CD outputs. DO NOT USE THE
THIRD CONNECTOR.

Connecting speakers to the LINE OUT
jacks (fixed output) does not shut off
the Wave Radio/CD speakers, although
they can be MUTED while listening to
the external speakers.

Note

Use a standard RCA
cable for a TV with
stereo output jacks.

Use a standard Y
adapter for a TV with a
single (mono) audio
output jack.

You may need a special
adapter (such as a
miniplug stereo audio
cable) for a TV with a
headphone outlet.

You can record from your Wave

®

Radio/CD using the connections from
the LINE OUT jacks.

To make sure the sound seems to
come from the screen, place the
Wave Radio/CD within a few feet of
the TV. If there is any interference
with the TV picture, move the Wave
Radio/CD farther away.

CAUTION:

To prevent interference

with the screen image, keep the
Wave Radio/CD at least 12 inches
from the TV, a computer, or other
monitors.
