Rotation Options for model: 30PW8420
I n rare cases the video supplied to the TV screen
might show slightly tilted one way or another. The
Tilt Adjust control will allow you to correct the prob-
lem by adjusting the screen in a clockwise or counter-
clockwise direction.
1 Press the MENU button on the remote control to
show the onscreen menu.
2 Press the CURSOR DOWN u u buttons until
Features is highlighted.
3 Press the CURSOR RIGHT r r button and the
menu will shift to the left.
4 Press the CURSOR DOWN u u buttons repeat-
edly until the Rotation control is highlighted.
5 Press the CURSOR RIGHT r r or CURSOR
LEFT s s buttons to rotate the picture on the
screen clockwise or counter clockwise. Please note
that the amount of rotation will be very minimal.
6 Press the STATUS/EXIT button to remove the
menu from the screen.

For model 27PT8420, demo mode works in 4:3
format only.
For model 30PW8420, demo mode works in 16:9
format only.
W ith Demo Mode On, a split screen demo will be
shown on the screen. The Demo Mode will
show the right side with show a sharper image with
more natural motion.
1 Press the MUTE button on the remote
approximately 3-4 seconds. The split screen demo
appears. After 20 seconds, the TV will automati-
cally return to normal operation.
Note: You can also turn the Digital Picture Demo On or
Off by using onscreen menu.
