T

he basic Antenna, or Cable TV, to

VCR to TV connection is shown to the

right. For more information on other
hookups (possible when Cable
Converter/Descrambler boxes are includ-
ed) refer to your accessory VCR and
Cable Converter Owner's Manual for
details.

Connect your Antenna or Cable TV

signal to the IN FROM ANT(enna)
plug on the VCR.

Connect the OUT TO TV plug on

the VCR to the 75

plug on the TV

(connecting cable supplied with the
VCR.)

Set the VCR output to channel 3 or 4

using the channel switch on the back
of the VCR.

Turn the VCR and the TV ON using

the power button on each device.

Depending on which channel you

selected in step 3, tune the television
to that channel (3 or 4) using the CH
+ or – buttons
or the numbered but-
tons on the remote control.

Your now ready to view a prerecord-

ed tape from the VCR. Or, view
cable/antenna channels by changing
the channels on the VCR.

ONNECTION

When using this type of connection, be sure
to set the CH 3/4 switch on the back of the
VCR. Then when viewing a Prerecorded
tape in the VCR, tune the television to the
corresponding channel.
