1. Remove lid by pressing the lid release
button and lifting off hinges.
2. The hinged basket is designed for
compact storage (see fig 1).
3. To extend handle, squeeze the buttons of
either side of handle together. The handle
will click into place (see fig 2).
4. Lift front panel upwards and away from
unit (see fig 3).
5. Remove bowl by grasping rim of bowl and
lifting upwards (see fig 4).
6. Reverse these steps to reassemble your
new deep fryer.
