Replacing the door lock
Changing over door hinges

• Open the door.
• Unscrew screws from plinth
panel.
• Remove plinth panel.
• Transfer cover to the opposite
side.
• Unscrew screws from lower
hinge bracket.
• Pull the door out at the bottom
and lift off.
• Pull out the circlip from the lower
hinge bracket.
• Remove hinge bracket.
• Pull out the torque rod from the
right-hand door mounting. The
bar is approx. 1130 mm long.
• Turn the torque rod through 180°
horizontally and insert into the
left-hand door mounting.
• Transfer handle and plugs to
the opposite side of the door.
• Transfer hinge pin to the op-
posite side.
• Mount door on hinge pin and
close.
• Insert hinge bracket in lower
door mount ing and screw into
place.
• Tighten the torque rod with the
open-ended spanner provi-
ded. The hexagon of the torque
rod will lock into the lower hinge
bracket.
• Fit the circlip on the lower hinge
bracket.
• Open the door.
• Re-attach plinth panel.
