Pausing playback (PAUSE)

Naming CDs

The car radio allows you to assign
names for up to 99 CDs so that you can
recognise them more easily. The names
can be a maximum of seven characters
long. If you try assigning more than 99
names, “FULL” will appear in the display.

Entering / editing CD names

Press the MENU button

“CDC NAME” appears.

You will now be in selection mode.

Press the or

lect the CD you wish to assign a
name to.

Press the or button

You will now enter editing mode. If your
CD does not have a name yet, seven
underscores will appear in the display.

The currently active input position
flashes.

Press the or

lect the character you want. If you
want an empty space, simply select
the underscore.

move from one input position to an-
other.

To save the name, press the

Deleting a CD name

Listen to the CD whose name you
wish to delete.

Press the MENU button

“CDC NAME” appears.

hear a beep and “DELETE NAME”
appears in the display.

Release the MENU button

The CD name will be deleted.

Deleting all CD names

All saved names will be deleted.
