Cannot receive
call
• Is the SIM card registered in the network?
• Incoming call prohibited due to call charges not
paid?
• Is call diverting enabled?
• Is the „Bar incoming call“ function in call barring
enabled?
PIN locked
Input the PUK code supplied with the SIM card to
unlock or contact the network operator.
SIM error
• SIM card is dirty. Clean it.
• Reinstall the SIM card.
• SIM card is damaged. Replace it.

GUARANTEE AND SERVICE
The phone is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase shown
on your sales receipt. This guarantee does not cover any faults or defects
caused by accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect, faults on the
telephone line, lightning, tampering with the equipment, or any attempt
at adjustment or repair other than through approved agents.
Warranty on battery is limited to 12 months.
Please keep your sales (till) receipt this is your proof of guarantee.

While the unit is under guarantee
• Pack up all parts of your phone system, using the original package.
• Return the unit to the shop where you bought it, making sure you take
your sales receipt.
• Remember to include the mains adapter.
