TELEPHONE OPERATION
Idle Screen
When the handset is within range of the base and not
on a call or in Feature Setup mode,the screen displays
If you assign a name to the handset (see “Handset
Name”on page 10),that name will be displayed

Make a Call
1 Press , then dial the number

Dial the number, then press

2 To end the call,press again

Place the handset in the base.
Answer a Call
1 Press to answer a call.

Place the handset in the base.
Handset Volume
You can adjust the volume of what you hear through
the handset during a conversation by pressing
VOLUME
or VOLUME . While you adjust the
volume level,the screen display is similar to

NOTE: You will hear 3 short beeps when you
have reached the minimum or maximum le vels
of volume.
