CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Make sure the Electric Motor is turned off and the unit is unplugged:
Always switch off, unplug and dismantle before cleaning.
2. Never put the Electric Motor in water or let the cord or plug get wet.
3. Do not wash parts in the dishwasher.
4. Remove Electric Motor and wipe with slightly damp, non-abrasive cloth.
NEVER immerse the Electric Motor in water or any other liquid.
5. Allow Canisters to reach room temperature before cleaning. Then wash inside of
Canister and dry thoroughly. DO NOT immerse in water or freeze Canister when wet.
6. Remove Spindles, Flavor Funnels, Lid and Dashers and wash
in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
7. Wipe Base with slightly damp, non-abrasive cloth.
8. Do not clean with scouring powders, steel wool pads or other abrasive materials.
