2 System Overview and Workflow
Once a license has been allocated (K-touch Admin) and the controller configured
(K-touch Builder) you can download the application and then sync it to the selected
handset. The sync process will download the interface you created online in K-
touch Builder to your iOS or Android handset. Once the sync is complete, you can
move on to configuring gateways and attaching devices.
To download the application, search for Kramer K-touch on the relevant application
store and download the application that is suitable for your handset.
To Sync the configured control panel, do the following:
1. On the display, tap the K-touch app to open it.
