All drawers need to be
completely shut before doors
are closed.
Drawers appear to be
completely shut but some
drawers have not latched
with the lid shut or lock on
bottom cabinet in locked
position.
Items may have fallen behind
drawers, interfering with
latching mechanism on the
inside back panel of the
chest.
Remove the lowest drawers
on the tool chest and remove
any obstructions.
Drawers stick as I attempt
to pull out on the drawer
from the closed position.
Drawer slides have a rubber
stop at the end of every slide
and when drawer is closed
the drawer rail engages with
the slide stop.
You can grease the rubber
stop at the end of the slide
to reduce the resistance.
