CONDITION, REGARDLESS OF THE RATE OF CHARGE OR THE LENGTH OF TIME THE CHARGE IS APPLIED. IF THE
BATTERY CANNOT BE RESTORED TO A FULLY CHARGED CONDITION BY A SLOW CHARGING, IT SHOULD BE
REPLACED.
