PASSIVE ARMING BY-PASS—
The RF-505 security system can temporarily by-pass the passive arming
function via the remote transmitter. To temporarily by-pass passive arming,
exit the vehicle and close all doors. The LED will begin to fast flash the 30-
second timer for passive arming. Within the 30-second timing window press
the CAR button on the remote transmitter firmly twice, the security system
will respond with (1) chirp and the LED will turn ON. The security system
will remain in this temporary mode for as long as you wish. To exit passive
arming by-pass, press the LOCK/UNLOCK button and the system will
return to its normal status.
This feature is only available when the Passive Arming feature is
programmed ON in feature programming.
