Î Reinsert the fastener
Î Check the connection for correct fit and
tightness
Î Pull the hose clamp over the hose and
fasten them to the attachment plate.
Screw M6 and hexagonal nut.
Î Screw the holder into the front screw
dome. Screw M5x8. Make sure that no
cables are crushed.
Î Route the connecting hose by the elec-
trical box
Î Close and lock the machine cover.
Î Remove the marked screws.
Î Fasten the side pieces to the hose
drum. Observe the hexagon socket on
the shaft.
Î Insert the crank in the hose drum shaft
and lock it in.
Î Grease the seal on the connecting
hose.
Î Insert the connecting hose into the later-
al coupling and secure with fastener.
Î Screw the holder onto the handle
Î Tighten the screws on the holders, en-
sure sufficient clearance so that the
hose drum does not rub against the
holder.
Î Position the appliance upright
The completely installed hose drum
Î Grease the seal on the high pressure
hose
Î Insert the high pressure hose into the
coupling
Î Insert the fastener
Î Wind the high pressure hose in uniform
layers on the hose drum by rotating the
crank. Select the rotation direction in
such a way that the high pressure hose
does not get bent.
Î Connect the high pressure hose to the
hand-spray gun.
