 Noise reduction, as no vibrations are
transferred to pipes in the domestic wa-
ter system.
 In case of small leaks, the pump does
not switch as often.
Note
To facilitate subsequent emptying and
pressure release of the system, we recom-
mend the installation of a stop-cock be-
tween pump and pressure line.

By closing the shut-off valve when empty-
ing the pump you can prevent water from
escaping from the pressure line.
Install a pressure equalization container
(see special accessories) in case of in-
creased pressure reductions due to leakag-
es in the domestic system (pump switches
on regularly without water removal).
 Insert the mains plug into the socket.
 Switch on the appliance using the ON/
OFF switch.
 Optimum convenience with operation in
the automatic mode.

In order to reduce the suction time, lift
the delivery hose approx. 1m.
 Wait till the pump sucks in and trans-
ports water uniformly
Note
The ON/OFF switch can also be conveni-
ently operated with your foot.
Note
In the automatic mode the pump switches
off at a flow rate of < 60 l/h.
ṇ Caution
Lacking water supply is recognised by the
appliance. If no water is drawn and deliv-
ered within 4 minutes during start-up in the
manual mode or within 3 minute in the au-
tomatic mode, the pump shuts off. The LED
"Error on the suction side" is illuminated on
the display.
 Switch off the appliance using the On/
Off switch.
 Disconnect the main plug from the
socket.
ƽ DANGER
Turn off the appliance and remove the
mains plug prior to any care and mainte-
nance works.
Open the connected shutoff valves to relief
pressure and reclose them. The system is
free of pressure.

Rinse the pump after every use if you
use to transport water with additives.
Check pre-filter regularly for dirt. If it is vis-
ibly dirty, proceed as follows:

Unscrew the lid of the filling nozzle.
 Remove the pre-filter and the built in
backflow valve and clean them under
flowing water.

When inserting the pre-filter (with check
valve) in the filler neck, mind the cor-
rect installation position (notch). It
must be possible to insert the pre-filter
easily and without exertion of force.
ṇ Caution
Only use grease that is free from mineral oil
for seals.
