The telephone numbers in the short-code dial memory of the PBX can only be edited with
the PC program COMtools.
You can delete digits in a telephone number with the left arrow key
Z
. A short key
pressing deletes the last digit. If the key is held for app. 3 seconds the whole number is
deleted.
You can delete letters and digits in a name with the left arrow key
Z
. Holding the key
(app. 2 seconds) deletes the last sign in front of the cursor. Holding the key (app.
5 seconds) deletes the whole name. You can move the cursor to the left and to the right
within a name by pressing the arrow keys
