1. Power Button: Press and hold this button for 2 seconds to turn
the transceiver on or off.
2. Push-to-Talk Button: Press to transmit. Release to
receive.
3. Monitor Button: Press and hold to bypass the squelch and
listen to channel activity.

8. Call Button: Press and hold this button to send a ringing sound to
other radios tuned to the same channel.
9. Up Button: Press this button to increase the volume or channel
setting.
10. Down Button: Press this button to decrease the volume or
channel setting.
11. LED Display: Displays the current FRS channel number.
12. Function Select Button: Press this button to change the channel
setting
13. Antenna: Rotate counterclockwise when transceiver is in use
14. Microphone / Charger Jack: For use with an external micro
phone / PTT button and optional battery charger.
15. Speaker Jack: For use with an Audiovox approved headset
accessory only.
16. Transmit Indicator: Illuminates while transmitting
17. Low Battery Indicator: Illuminates when the battery level is
low.
