15. RESET MEMORY:
You may reset the system memory at any time. This
will reset all your programmed menus and restore
the unit to it's default settings. Press the TIME
BUTTON until "PRESET MODE" is displayed.
Now turn the TRACK KNOB until "RESET ALL?"
is displayed and then press the TRACK KNOB and
"ERASING" should be displayed.
13. SYSTEM MEMORY AND MENU:
The MCD-710 comes with an incredible memory sys-
tem. The MCD-710™ can automatically memorize
customized settings for the internal menu. Press the
TIME BUTTON for 2 sec. until "PRESET MODE" is dis-
played. Turn the TRACK KNOB to scroll through the
different submenus including: A. CLOSE (Automatic
Close), SLEEP TIME, DJ MODE, RESET ALL, and,
FIRMWARE VERSION. AUTOMATIC CLOSE TIME
and SLEEP TIME can be adjusted by stopping on the
desired subemenu and pushing the TRACK KNOB. To
exit the menu settings press the TIME BUTTON.

16. FIRMWARE VERSION DISPLAY:
You may display the units firmware version.
Firmware is the units internal programming code.
To view the firmware version; Press the TIME
BUTTON for 2 sec. until "PRESET MODE" is dis-
played. Now turn the TRACK KNOB until "VER.
XXXXXX" (X being the version number) is displayed
in the VFD (2).

14. DJ MODE:
When DJ MODE is "ON", you must press the TIME
BUTTON before you can open the CD tray. When DJ
MODE is "OFF", you can press the OPEN/CLOSE
BUTTON at anytime to open the CD tray.
