6. Why is the voice of the person I am talking to not clear?
a. Make sure your mobile phone has sufficient signal strength; and
b. Make sure the headset is in the effective range.
7. Why can’t I pause, play, play the previous song, and play
the next song from my headset when playing music?
To enable this function, your Bluetooth device must support AVRCP (Audio/Video
Remote Control profile).
