6001-602 NOTCHED MARKER DISCS/HUBS BOX

1. Before assembling marker disc, wheel bearing assembly and hub cap, remove the

seal from the exposed side of the bearing in the hub and bearing assembly if you wish
to use the zerk to grease the bearing, otherwise the bearing is sealed.

2. Assemble the 3/16” machined bushing to the 3 1/2” ‘D’ bolt and insert through the hub

and bearing assembly.

3. When assembling marker disc, bearing assembly and hub cap, be sure to align the

grease fitting hole with the hole in the marker disc with groove in hub cap to assure
proper greasing of wheel and hub assembly. Assemble the marker disc to the hub
and bearing with four 5/16 x 1 1/4” carriage bolts and locknuts and tighten.

4. Assemble marker disc assembly to marker disc bracket using 5/8 x 3 1/2” bolt, 5/8” nut

and lockwasher and tighten. Torque 150 ft.lbs.

5. Install marker disc and bracket assembly to marker arm. Loosen two 1/2” bolts on the

outer end of the marker slide tube and adjust the marker disc brackets to desired
angle and retighten.

6. Fill hub and bearing assembly with general purpose grease.
