11. Locate (1) S10194 conned sleeves and (1) 1/2” unitorque
nut from hardware bag 30927NB1. Install the new end link
onto the previously installed lower double sided thread
bracket. Now install the conned washer and secure the end
link to the bottom bracket using the new 1/2” unitorque nut.
Make sure to use loctite and torque to 55 ft lbs. Special
note: Use a 7/8”open ended wrench to hold the new
lower bracket when torquing the 7/16” unitorque nut.
12. Move back to the nuts on the hiem joint and tighten up
tight with the new center portion of the end link.
13. Repeat steps 3 - 12 on the passenger side of the vehi-
cle.
14. Install the tires and wheels and carefully lower the vehi-
cle to the ground.
