Rate Scout in the App Store. Scout will be placed in a suspended state until you re-launch the app form the iPhone
menu.

13.1 Making a Phone Call from Scout
You can Call In to a location that you have found in a Search such as a
restaurant, a hotel, or a store. When available, choose the Call option in the
Search Details screen for a business.
