1. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS –
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
This manual contains important safety and operating instructions.
General Warnings.
1.1 Read the entire manual before using this product. Failure to do so
could result in serious injury or death.
1.2 The battery must be fully charged and properly connected prior to
the use of the vehicle. Do not operate/ride the vehicle until you have
charged the battery for at least 18 to 24 hours. After each use, or
once a month minimum, charge the battery for a full 16 hours. DO
NOT leave the battery on the charger for more than 30 hours.
1.3 Never leave a child unattended with the battery, charger or
vehicle. Direct adult supervision is REQUIRED. NEVER allow a
child to operate the battery charger or handle the battery.
Always wear a proper helmet when riding, to avoid the
possible risk of serious head injury or fatal crash.
1.4 Make sure the battery properly fits into the vehicle. Never modify
the electrical system or force the battery to fit as modifications
could cause a fire or electric shock resulting in property damage,
personal injury or death.
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK OR FIRE.
1.5 Never allow children to charge the battery. Battery
charging must be done by adults only. A child could be injured by
the electricity involved in charging the battery.
1.6 Use of the wrong type of battery or charger could cause a fire or
explosion resulting in serious injury.
1.7 Use only recommended attachments. Use of an attachment not
recommended may result in a risk of fire, electric shock or injury
to persons or damage to property.
