What to do, if ...
Try to rectify minor faults on the dishwasher with the aid of the
instructions given here. If you call an engineer to resolve a of fault
listed here, or to repair a fault caused by incorrect use or installation, a
charge will be made even if the appliance is in guarantee.
...Error messages are displayed.
If any of the indicators in the control panel, as listed in the table below,
are flashing or are illuminated, you can probably rectify the fault your-
self.
Malfunction Possible cause Remedy
The programme indicator
for the selected wash pro-
gramme is flashing;
the end wash programme
indicator is flashing in the
following sequence: 1
short flash with approx. 3
seconds pause in between:
There is no water entering
the dishwasher.
The tap is blocked or
furred with lime-scale
Clean the tap
The tap is turned off. Turn the tap on.
The filter (where present)
in the threaded hose fit-
ting on the tap is
blocked.
Clean the filter in the
threaded hose fitting.
Filters in the base of the
washing compartment
are blocked.
Press the button for the
wash programme that had
already started;
then cancel the wash pro-
gramme by pressing RESET
(see chapter: Starting a
wash programme);
Clean out the filters. (See
chapter: Cleaning the fil-
ters)
The water inlet hose has
not been correctly laid.
Check hose installation.
