9 OPERATION
Wand Extension
Press the extension button on the wand and extend the wand handle.

f Do not place anything in the space between the body and
agitator head.

Do not set the vacuum cleaner on stairs; always keep it on the floor.
Control Operation
1. Floor/Carpet
Press this button to turn the agitator ON (carpet) or OFF (floor). The
Floor/Carpet button also resets the agitator motor.
2. Power:
Turns the vacuum on and off.
Note: The agitator will not spin when the vacuum is in the upright
position
.
Body Release Operation
To begin vacuuming, press the pedal on the left side of the vacuum and
pull the handle down.
Note: When the vacuum is in the upright position the agitator will not
run.
