Store a Call History Record in the
Directory

Locate the record in call history that you want
to store in the directory.

If you wish to change how the number is stored,
press .
The screen displays any alternate dialing
sequences available for this call (area code +
number; 1 + area code + number ;
number only;1+ number).

Press
on the handset or
on the
base, then press
or
until
flashes.

Press
three times to store the call
record in memory without editing.
5
Press
or
to select or for distinctive
ring option (handset only).
6
Press
. You’ll hear a long beep confirming
that the name and number were stored.
