4. Locate [Enter Address] then click [Select] to enter.
5. Locate [New Address] then click [Select] to continue.
6. Enter fixed IP address of IP video device on mobile phone:

Recall from page 6, you would also like to receive audio; thus, 3GPP Path is
3g
.
Therefore, enter
rtsp://220.128.206.56/3g
on the mobile phone.
Finally click [Select] to begin retrieving incoming streams.
