7. Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

TR-203A cannot receive GPS signals.

Take your TR-203A outdoors and away from tall buildings and

trees. Remain stationary for several minutes to get the necessary

GPS information from satellites.

TR-203A cannot turn

“ON”.

1. Verify if the battery is fully charged.

2. Verify the original designated charging cable is functional with

the supplemental charging cable.

I cannot see the TR-203A

’s location.

1. Be certain the SIM card is inserted property as instructed in the

SIM card installation section.

2. Validate your telecommunication service provider settings are

correct.

3. Validate your tracker program incorporates the necessary

TR-203A settings provided by your telecommunication

service provider.
