Gearbox and Motor Assembly Parts List
Assembly Instruction 7
Step 1. Insert Axle in Lower Wheel and Install Wheels. Step 2. Install R-clip in Axle.
Step 3. Put Main Frame with Lower Wheel
Frame and Install Bolt.
Step 4. Install Frame Pivot on Lower Wheel
Frame and Tighten Bolt.
Step 5. Install Gear Box Frame with 5/8’’ ×
10’’ Pivot Pin.
Step 6. Thread Drum into Bearing and
Install Castle Nut and Install Cotter Pin.
Step 7. Slide Gear Motor Down to Tighten.
Chain Holes on Gear Motor Frame are Slot-
ted to Provide Adjustment.
Step 8. Install Guard over Roll Chain.
Step 9. Install Castle Nut and Cotter Pin.
Note: Do Not Over Tighten Castle Nut.
How To Mix Concrete –100
You will need approximately 6 gallons
water
·4 to 5 –80 pound bags premix concrete
·Start mixer In motion
·Add 4 gallons water
Add 3-80 pound bags of premix concrete
NOTE: MIXTURE WILL BE VERY SLOPPY
·Slowly add remaining(2)bags of premix
concrete
Add 1 gallon water slowly to obtain de-
sired thickness
WILL YIELD 3 CUBIC FEET CONCRETE
How To Mix Sand & Gravel
Use an 8-1/2 x 12” square point shovel
Portland cement, gravel or round stone
And masonry sand
·Start mixer In motion
·Put In 4 gallons water
·Add 12 shovels full of gravel or round
stone
·Add 4 shovels full of Portland cement
Slowly add 8 shovels full masonry sand
NOTE: WATER WILL VATER WILL VARY
ACCORDING TO MOISTURE CONTENT
OF SAND & GRAVEL WILL YIELD 3 CUBIC
FEET CONCRETE
