5. Using the Product
On/Off Button
1. Push the on/off button once to turn the unit on.
2. Set the unit on a flat surface and press the zero button to
calibrate the unit.
3. After approximately 5 minutes of no movement or button
push, the unit will shut off. To restart the unit, push the on/off
button once.
4. Set the unit on the desired object to be measured.
5. To turn off the unit, push the on/off button again.
Zero Button
With the unit on, push the zero button to set the display to zero.

7. Care and Handling
• Avoid exposing unit to shock vibrations and extreme
temperatures.
• Before moving or transporting the unit, make sure that the
unit is turned off.
• Remove the battery when storing the unit for an
extended time (more than three months) to avoid damage
to the unit should the battery deteriorate.
• Always store the unit in its case when not in use.
• Avoid getting the unit wet.
• Keep the unit dry and clean. Remove any moisture or dirt
with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, strong detergents or
cleaning solvents to clean the unit.
8. Product Warranty
Johnson Level & Tool offers a one year limited warranty on each
its products. You can obtain a copy of the limited warranty for a

for each product contains various limitations and exclusions.

5. Utilisation de l'appareil
Touche marche/arrêt (On/Off)
1. Appuyez une fois sur la touche marche/arrêt pour mettre
l'appareil en marche.
2. Posez l'appareil sur une surface plane, puis appuyez sur la
touche de remise à zéro afin de calibrer l'appareil.
3. L'appareil s'éteindra s'il demeure immobile ou si aucune
touche n'est actionnée pendant environ 5 minutes. Pour
remettre l'appareil en marche, appuyez une fois sur la touche

7. Entretien et manipulation
• Évitez d’exposer l’instrument aux vibrations causées par

5. Utilización del producto
Botón de encendido/apagado
1. Presione el botón de encendido/apagado una vez para
encender la unidad.
2. Coloque la unidad en una superficie plana y presione el botón
cero para calibrar el instrumento.
3. El instrumento se apagará automáticamente si no se ha
movido, o no se ha presionado ningún botón, por
aproximadamente 5 minutos. Para encenderlo nuevamente,
presione el botón de encendido/apagado una vez.

7. Cuidado y manejo
• Evite sacudir la unidad para que no la afecten las
