The USB device does not work
Check the settings in the Windows Control Panel.
Make sure you have installed the necessary device drivers.
Contact the device vendor for additional support.
Unable to use the External USB Device
Detach the external device; insert it into the Enhanced USB
port. Separate the cable with the equipment; first insert the
wire into the port, then connect the device with the cable that
is inserted into the Enhanced USB port.
Unable to Recognize the External USB Device
Please make sure power cable is inserted into the Enhanced
USB port, if it is inserted then follow the normal procedures in
disconnecting the device; power cable will not be disconnect,
connect back the signal cab le.
