AR-15 QUAD RAIL HANDGUARD - RIFLE LENGTH

 BE SURE THAT THE FIREARM IS UNLOADED BEFORE PERFORMING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING
PROCEDURES!
 BE SURE THAT THE FIREARM IS POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION AT ALL TIMES!
Installation:
Step 1
With the use of an AR-15 handguard removal tool,
pull down on the Delta Ring and remove the
handguards (See Fig. 1). If you do not have a hand
guard removal tool, then it may take two people to
remove the handguards. With one person pulling
down on the Delta Ring, have the other person
remove the handguards and set them aside.
Step 2
Take the top half of the Quad Rail, and place the beveled end inside the Delta Ring, while making
sure that the Gas Tube Channel inside the Quad Rail lines up with the rifle’s gas tube (See Fig. 2).
Next, while holding the top half of the Quad Rail, press down towards the Delta Ring. It may be
necessary to apply a fair amount of pressure in order to get the Quad Rail to fit around the barrel
nut. While holding the Delta Ring down, lower the top half of the Quad Rail into place, making sure
to insert the small tabs on the front end of the Quad Rail into the Handguard Cap (See Fig. 3).
Release pressure on the Delta Ring, and allow the top half of the Quad Rail to set in place (See Fig
5).
