After each use:
1.
Flush the cleaning gun with warm water after each
use.
2.
Place a few drops of lubricating oil at the trigger pin
(see Figure 3).
3.
Put a light coating of grease on the flow valve o-ring
(see Figure 3).
4.
Add two drops of mineral spirts into the barb fitting
to avoid corrosion (see Figure 3).
Always disconnect the tool from the air supply before performing any maintenance.

Air hose leaks
Flow control valve shut off
Flush with warm water.
Adjust compressor regulator to 90 PSI.
Tighten and seal hose fittings with Teflon® tape if
leaks are found.
Adjust flow control valve to desired flow.
