8. Install the wheels to the frame using the axle pins, hairpins, and washers provided (items 31, 38, 59, and 60).
9. Install the Clamp knob (item 40) to the clamping bolt. It is important to install the knob properly due to the shape of
the inside knob and mounting bolt. Install the Handle locking bolt (item 47) using the provided Phillips screw driver.
