Other oven settings
Child Safety Function
This function, which can be selected at any
time, stops small children operating the oven.
To activate this function, touch both the + and
– sensors at the same time until you hear a
beep. You will see the symbol
light up on
the temperature display. The oven is locked.
To de-activate this function, touch both the +
and – sensors at the same time until you hear
a beep, with the symbol
going out.
Oven Light
The inside light will go on:
• When the oven door is open. If the door is not
closed after a certain amount of time, the
light will turn off to reduce power consump-
tion.
• When any cooking function is set or recipe
selected. The light will turn off after a cer-
tain time.
If you want to turn the light on during cooking,
just touch the + sensor. Touching it for a cer-
tain length of time will cause it to beep and
the light will stay on all the time it is cooking.
To turn the light off, just touch the + symbol
again.
Teka Hydroclean ® Cleaning Function:
With this function, any grease or dir t that is
stuck to the walls of the oven can easily be
removed through the combined action of
steam and the excellent proper ties of the new
Teka
Hydroclean ® enamel.
Thanks to the new TEKA Hydroclean ® techno-
logy, the oven does not need to be cleaned
with a grease removal product. When the
water and dir t are removed, the walls of the
oven are clean and grease-free.
Pre-heating is not needed for the other reci-
pes.
Follow these instructions when cooking with
these recipes:
• First select the recipe, and the oven will
begin pre-heating.
• IMPORTANT: Do not put the food into the
oven until the signal is given.
• When the temperature set for the recipe is
reached, the oven will emit a signal.
• You can now put the food into the oven.
• The signal will continue to sound until you
put the food in.
• Finally, it will cook the food automatically
according to the recipe chosen.
